Firstly, Welcome to my Website and Blog!


With a passion for computers and the internet from a young age I quickly left High School to open my own Computer and Mobile Phone shop.

Growing up in small towns in Country Queensland Australia gave me a better understanding of the needs of local communities.

I enjoyed assisting business adapt to the use of Computers and Mobile phones for the first time in the early 1990s and this gave me a passion for assisting clients adapt to the adoption of early and cutting edge technology.

I have become well know in recent years as an expert on Computer and internet Security and the fast-moving developments towards Cloud computing and applications.

I created and managed Australias largest Fax Marketing Database with over 2.6 Million active records. This quickly made me very successful at marketing to Australian Business clients. Still to this day many clients continue to have and use Fax Machines while moves have moved towards email or Fax to Email solutions its still a considerably large database and clients respond better than email and other forms of marketing.

I moved on from this success to study and investigate the fast moving and changing world of Social Media Marketing and have already assisted a number of companies to quickly grow market share and profitable Social Media Marketing strategies.


Giving a full background into my experiences is impossible.

One of the main reason is that I have worked with a number of Government Departments and multinational corporations and signed and agreed to complete privacy. As such I am unable to disclose any details other than to note my experiences and skills my assistance was contracted for.

2007 - Current

Chief Executive Officer/Director/Founder

Go Marketing Co. Limited (Thailand) (BOI Special Privilege)

-        Setup and grow Thailand BPO / Call Center

-        Manage and ongoing development of all IT related systems.

-        Software and Mobile App development.

-        All Direct Marketing Systems and Databases

-        Social Media Marketing and Support

-        Run Business Networking Events “Business Networking Thailand” Facebook Group.

-        Setup and run a Barter Goods and Services exchange for business clients in Thailand under the brand “Club Barter” with over 1500 clients.

-        Sourcing goods and Services for our Trading network.

-        Established a database of all Thailand Hotels.

-        Established a database of Fax Numbers of businesses in Thailand more than 3 Million numbers.

-        Manage and maintain database of businesses for promotion of our successful Business Networking Nights.

 

Go Marketing is a Thailand BOI “Board Of Investments” sponsored BPO Call Center and Marketing Company. Running Business to Business Networking events and Barter Trading Groups. Currently supporting back office and remote tech support for 13 Australian Telephone and internet service Providers.

 

With databases of Business all across Asia Pacific including 2.6 Million Australian Businesses with contact details. We assist companies in Asia Directly contact all possible clients and markets.

 

2014 - Current

Chief Executive Officer/Director/Founder

Club Barter Management Co. Limited (Thailand)

-        Take over and run National Barter Trade Exchange.

-        Manage and ongoing development of all IT related systems.

-        All Direct Marketing Systems and SEO Tools

-        Recruit and train staff and expand the business.

-        Encourage Cashless Barter Trading in Thailand.

-        Rebrand and relaunch the business as Club Barter after break away from failing BBX franchise business.

-        Successfully tripled the Membership base within 6 months of the relaunch.

 

With experience of Barter trading in Australia successfully for over 15 years my experience and support was sought after the first BBX Thailand franchise was  terminated suddenly by the Global Franchise owner. With my existing local resources and network I quickly took over the running of the business.

 

After the death of the global franchise owner it was agreed to break away and rebrand the local business. This has now successfully spread and is now launching in multiple other countries including Australia, UK and USA.

 

 

2002 - 2015

TeleMates Pty Ltd / TeleMates Group Pty Ltd (Australia)

-        Setup and grow Asian Call Centre’s

-        Manage and ongoing development of all IT related systems.

-        All Direct Marketing Systems and Databases

-        Recruit and train IT staff and Web Developers

-        Setup and support remote staff and build CRM and Billing systems.

-        Source products from China, Hong Kong and Thailand for Australian clients. Products mostly IT related including Call Center Headsets, Mobile phones and accessories.

-        Found a buyer for the business and completed multimillion dollar sale within 3 months.

 

TeleMates is one of Australia’s Largest Private Telephone and Internet Service Providers servicing over 55’000 Australian customers. The company has a turnover of more than AUD $5’000’000 per year with steady growth. Customer Service and the IT Department was moved to Bangkok Thailand from the Philippines late 2010.

 

UPDATE: Sold to Buroserv to a successful fast growing wholesale supplier as a strategic move to grow the business to the next level.

-        Largest most successful Tour of Canadian Chippendales. I was responsible to make a national database of venues and contact them and establish tour dates. I was the first to create a National Fax Marketing database of Entertainment venues. From this I then assisted booking major Australian touring live shows.
